TERMS OF SERVICE
RIGHTS- I retain the right to refuse any project.- I retain the right to use images and videos of the finished product for advertisement of my services.- All files given will be for runtime only. Live2d files may only be released for special circumstances under my explicit permission.- The client must attribute any art and/or rigging credit in a plainly visible place, such as social media bios.- The client must disclose any deadlines and debut dates upfront. If the deadline is tight, a rush fee will be quoted and included.- The client must disclose any plans to re-sell the model should they arise.- Models created under these terms may be used commercially for videos, streaming, and advertising of one's channel. For any physical merchandising using the rigged model, first consult me.- For large scale commercial projects, please email me at [email protected], regardless of commission queue.- Use of my work for NFTs, AI, or blockchain technology is strictly forbidden.PAYMENT- All current payments will be processed through Paypal.- Preferred payment is 50% up front, 30% at first milestone, and 20% for delivery of files. Different or additional milestones can also be negotiated.- A full refund is only available before I have started any work.- I will refund only the amount I have received after Paypal fees.REVISIONS- Rig fixes for glitches and similar errors are free.- Up to 3 minor revisions are free, any more will incur extra fees.- Major revisions will be subject to extra fees.THINGS I LOVE:♥ Unique Art Styles
